Harvest for Health is a dedicated medical outreach initiative aimed at improving the well-being of farmers and their families who often neglect their health due to financial constraints and demanding work schedules. This free health check-up and awareness camp is organized in collaboration with local hospitals, volunteer doctors, and healthcare NGOs.
The event offers a wide range of medical services including general health screenings, blood pressure and sugar level checks, eye examinations, dental check-ups, and consultations with specialists. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by farmers—such as prolonged exposure to the sun, use of pesticides, and physically intensive labor—the camp also includes guidance sessions on preventing occupational health issues.
Health awareness sessions are conducted to educate attendees about nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and seasonal disease control. Female health experts are also present to address women-specific health concerns in rural farming households.
To ensure continued care, essential medical kits—containing basic medicines, first aid items, and hygiene products—are distributed to all registered participants. For those identified with critical conditions, follow-up assistance is provided through our partner clinics.
